Refund Policy

At Archaeo Agency, we offer a 100% Refund Guarantee only under defined conditions. This policy is designed to protect our team’s time, energy, and expertise while offering fairness to clients who meet all criteria.

1. Refund Eligibility

A full or partial refund may be granted only under the following conditions:

a. 100% Refund – No Work Started

  • Request must be made within 2 hours of payment
  • No draft, design, code, or internal resource has been allocated or started
  • Request must be made in writing via official email

b. 30% Refund – Work Allocated but Not Delivered

  • If project setup has begun (e.g., research, asset planning, internal work) but no draft has been delivered, you may receive 30% refund
  • Refund request must be made within 24 hours of payment

c. 100% Refund After First Delivery – Strict Conditions

  • If you are genuinely unsatisfied with the first delivery, you must:
    • Submit a detailed written explanation within 12 hours of delivery
    • Not request or approve any revision
    • Not go unresponsive for more than 12 hours after receiving the draft
  • We will offer one revision to fix the issue
  • If you still decline, we’ll issue a full refund and terminate the contract permanently
  • No part of the work may be used by the client

2. Refunds Will NOT Be Granted If:

Refunds will be strictly denied in the following cases:

  • You approved or requested any revision after the first delivery
  • You failed to respond or provide required input for over 12 hours
  • The final delivery was completed and accepted
  • You request a refund based on external reasons (e.g., budget issues, business delays, changed mind, hired someone else)
  • You attempt to misuse the refund policy to extract free work or delay payments

3. Refund Procedure

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via official email
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5-14 business days
  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method
  • Once a refund is issued, all work and rights remain 100% with Archaeo Agency. You may not reuse, copy, or adapt any part of the delivered material.

4. Abuse Clause

If we detect abuse or manipulation of this refund policy in any form (including threats, fake dissatisfaction, or deceptive reasons), the client will be permanently blacklisted and no refund will be issued.

5. Final Decision

All refunds are at the sole discretion of Archaeo Agency. By making a payment, the Client agrees to abide by this policy in full.
