Startup Network perk terms

These terms cover the Startup Network member perk from Archaeo Agency LLC (“Archaeo”, “we”, “us”). By claiming the perk, you agree to them. Our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply.

1The offer

Archaeo Agency LLC operates Startup Network Pakistan (startupnetwork.pk) and provides this perk to startups listed there. The perk has two parts: a free website demo, and a discount of up to 40% on Archaeo services for verified listings.

2Who can claim

You can claim the perk if:

• your startup has a listing on Startup Network Pakistan (a link that starts with https://startupnetwork.pk/listing/);
• you are a founder, co-founder or team member who can speak for the startup;
• your startup’s business is lawful and halal (see section 11);
• your startup hasn’t claimed this perk in the last 12 months.

The free demo is open to every listed startup. The discount also needs a verified listing (one with the verified badge) and the promo code shown in your Startup Network account.

3The free demo

• The demo is a design preview of one homepage, made for your startup.
• We share it with you as a private link. It isn’t a finished or live website, and it doesn’t include hosting, a domain or further changes.
• It’s free. You don’t pay anything, and you don’t have to buy anything afterwards.
• Each startup can get one demo in any 12-month period.

4The discount

• Verified listings can get up to 40% off. 40% is the most you can get, not a fixed amount.
• The exact percentage depends on the scope of the work. It is written in your quote before you pay anything.
• It applies to Archaeo’s own design and development fees, including features. It doesn’t apply to third-party costs such as domain registration, paid plugins or licences, paid APIs or advertising spend. Hosting and maintenance plans aren’t discounted unless your quote says so.
• It has no cash value, can’t be combined with other Archaeo offers, and can’t be applied to work that has already been invoiced.

5Promo codes

• Startup Network shows the promo code to signed-in members on its Credits & Resources page.
• The code is for your startup only. Please don’t share or publish it.
• We check the code when you submit your claim. We may refuse a code that has been shared publicly or used by another startup.
• A code on its own doesn’t qualify a startup for the discount. The listing must also be verified.

6How we verify a claim

• We check that your listing exists, that the details you sent match it and, for the discount, that it is verified.
• We may ask you to confirm your role, for example by writing from your startup’s email domain.
• We tell you the result by email or WhatsApp. If a listing can’t be verified for the discount, we may still offer the free demo.

7Timing and validity

• We verify claims within 2 business days.
• We send the demo within 5 business days of confirming your claim.
• Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Waiting on information from you pauses these times.
• Your claim, including the discount, is valid for 12 months from the date you submit it. After that, it expires.

8Your information

The claim form collects:

• your startup’s name and Startup Network listing URL;
• your name and your role;
• your email address and your WhatsApp or phone number;
• what you want (free demo, discount or both) and the service you need;
• what you tell us about your startup and what you need, including your current website;
• your promo code, when you ask for the discount;
• your agreement to these terms.

With your claim, we also record the page address, the date and time, and any campaign tags in the link you used (utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign). To block spam, our systems check your IP address and the time taken to fill in the form. We don’t use these for anything else.

We use your information only to verify your listing, prepare your demo and quote, and contact you about this offer. We don’t sell it. We share it only with the service providers that run our email and systems. We keep claims for up to 2 years, then delete them, unless you become a client.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected].

9The demo and your content

• The design in the demo stays Archaeo’s until you hire us to build it and pay for that work.
• You keep the rights to your name, logo and anything else you send us. You confirm that you’re allowed to share it with us.
• We won’t publish your demo or show it in our portfolio without your permission.

10No obligation

Claiming the perk doesn’t commit you to anything. If you decide to work with us, we send a written quote. Your project then follows that quote and our Terms of Service.

11Halal businesses only

We only work with businesses whose products and services are halal. We may decline a claim, or end the perk for a startup, if its business conflicts with this. Every demo follows our Shariah-compliant design principles.

12Changes, ending the perk and contact

• We may change these terms or end the perk at any time. Changes don’t affect claims we have already confirmed.
• We may refuse or cancel a claim that breaks these terms or misuses the perk.
• The demo is a free design preview, provided as is.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, like our Terms of Service.
