Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of this website and the services of Archaeo Agency LLC. Your signed proposal or contract sets out the details of your project and takes priority if anything differs.
Quotes and scope
Estimates on this site are ballpark figures. Your fixed price and scope are confirmed in writing after a discovery call.
Payments
Development can be paid in three interest-free installments. We never charge interest, including on late payments. The payment schedule is set out in your proposal.
Timelines
Most websites launch within 21 days. Timelines depend on receiving your content, access and feedback on time. Larger stores and web apps follow the dated plan in your proposal.
Ownership
Once your project is paid in full, you own the website, its design and the content we create for you. Third-party themes, plugins and services stay under their own licenses. We may reuse general methods and know-how that aren’t specific to your business.
Your responsibilities
- Provide content, logins and approvals in time for the plan.
- Make sure you have the rights to the material you send us.
Who we work with
We only work with businesses whose products and services are halal. We may decline or end a project that conflicts with this policy.
Care after launch
Premium websites include 3 months of free care. Basic and Standard websites include 1 month. After that, care plans are optional.
Portfolio
We may show finished work in our portfolio. Tell us if you’d rather we didn’t.
Liability
Our total liability for any project is limited to the fees you paid for that project.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.
