The brief

HK Fragrance sells 50ml perfumes for men, women and everyone in between, online and from its outlet in Quetta. We redesigned the store around one idea: fragrance, kept simple.

Problem

The challenge

Shoppers can't smell anything online, and choosing from 28 perfumes, many inspired by well-known scents, needs the guidance a shop counter would normally give.

Solution

Our approach

A light, premium theme with large product photography, collections by mood and budget, and a two-question Scent Craft quiz that recommends a perfume. Cash on delivery across Pakistan keeps the first order low-risk.
