7. Fees and Payments
Fees for our services will be outlined in the agreement between Archaeo Agency and the client. Payment terms will also be specified in the agreement, including any deposit requirements, milestone payments, or final payment upon completion of services.

8. Intellectual Property
Any intellectual property created as a result of our services, including but not limited to designs, strategies, and content, shall remain the property of Archaeo Agency until full payment has been received from the client. Upon receipt of full payment, all intellectual property rights will transfer to the client, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability
Archaeo Agency shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the services provided, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

10. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the client shall be responsible for payment for services rendered up to the date of termination.

11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Amendments
Archaeo Agency reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to the client in writing.

13. Entire Agreement

14. Client Selection and Commitment
We don’t partner with just anyone. We choose to work with businesses that are as serious about their online success as we are. If you’re ready to invest in a website that’s a true growth engine, not just a digital brochure, then we’re ready to roll up our sleeves and get to work.

15. Refund Policy
Please note that we do not offer refunds for services rendered. Once the agreement is in place and services have commenced, the client is responsible for payment as outlined in the agreement, regardless of project completion or satisfaction.

16. 24-Hour Website Services
Our 24-hour website services start after you provide all the required data and information necessary for the project. Delays in providing the required data may affect the timeline for service delivery.
